The Executive Learning Exchange (ELE) is a consortium of senior Chicagoland, Milwaukee and Midwest learning/talent development leaders committed to promoting next practices that improve evidenced-based business results and professional opportunities among its members. MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) are one of the current trends identified as a next practice at our October 2015 Exchange hosted at McDonald's Corp. Hamburger University. We are using Teachable.com for our 2016 initiative.
