For this team-oriented learning experience, a series of short presentations on the following topic areas will followed by interactive activities to simulate conversations and critical thinking:

Several of the Executive Learning Exchange's members who assisted with creating this course, believe taking a giant step forward toward improving productivity and morale with your team starts with a conversation. Much of the learning by doing in this course will require you to engage with conversations with others on your team.

The presentations for the activities will be summaries from well research subject areas. As you build team-oriented performance, you will be increasing your knowledge and tools to improve your personal performance.
